This website provides general information about We Make Your Business Visible, our services, examples of our work, and current starting or standard prices. Information on the website may be updated as services, costs, or availability change.

Requests and previews do not require either party to proceed

Submitting a form, sending a message, requesting a quote or preview, or speaking with us does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. For qualified website projects, we may create a complimentary private preview before payment. The preview is draft evaluation work, not a launched, transferred, or delivered finished website.

Project scope and payment

No standard 50% deposit is required to receive a complimentary preview when offered. If the customer does not want to continue after the preview, there is no project charge except for third-party costs the customer specifically approved in advance.

If the customer wants to continue, a short Project Approval or other project-specific terms will confirm the scope, total price, revisions, payment timing, and launch terms. Unless those written terms say otherwise, the full agreed project balance is due before public launch, final transfer, or delivery. Two reasonable revision rounds are included unless the project scope says otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

Website ownership, domains, and reusable components

After full payment, the client owns the finished website content and project deliverables created specifically for that project, subject to any third-party tools, licenses, stock assets, fonts, reusable code, templates, or other components that remain subject to their own terms.

Clients should normally own and control their own domain registration. Website Care or hosting fees are for hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance, and related support; they do not transfer ownership of the client’s domain to us.

Website Care and hosting

Website Care is required while a client website remains hosted on our account. Care plans, included support, and current prices are described on the Pricing and Services pages. If a client later moves the website to another host, future hosting and maintenance arrangements may change.

No guarantee of business results

We work to improve presentation, usability, search readiness, and online visibility, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, approvals by third-party platforms, or any specific business result.

Third-party services

Some projects may use third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, form-delivery services, social platforms, payment processors, app stores, or other tools. Those services may have their own terms, fees, availability, and policies, and they are outside our direct control.

Examples shown on this website are intended to demonstrate the types of websites and business-support work we provide. Third-party businesses, platforms, and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners.

Project-specific approvals control

If an accepted Project Approval or other project-specific terms conflict with these general website terms, the project-specific approval or terms control for that project.
